Dr. Greg Scheier graduated from New York University College of Dentistry, and completed a General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Scheier is a member of many professional organizations and academies, including the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the New Jersey Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Scheier is an attendee physician teaching at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. His dedication to professional development is evident in the number of continuing education hours he completes annually. While Dr. Scheier’s focus is on patient care and prevention, his clinical expertise in cosmetic dentistry allows him to offer a variety of procedures, such as Invisalign®, all porcelain crowns, and veneers.

Dr. Jean McCrossan is excited to join the Scheier Dental Group and is committed to providing exceptional care and treatment. Dr. McCrossan is a General Dentist who takes a comprehensive and integrative approach to patient care. With her warm personality, gentle touch, and compassionate care, Dr. McCrossan provides a comfortable, stress-free environment that fosters lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. McCrossan was born and raised in South Orange, NJ. She earned her BA in Pre-Medical studies and Studio Art at The College of the Holy Cross. She went on to receive her Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2008. As a student, she was a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, and upon graduation, she was honored with the coveted Dr. Irwin Quinn Memorial Award for “empathy, professionalism, management skills, and scientific knowledge while caring for her patients.”

Alexandra Unger, DMD earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Miami University and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Unger was Chief Resident at Jersey City Medical Center where she completed a General Practice Residency.
